St. Vincent de Paul

The St. Catherine of Alexandria conference is an active affiliate of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP), an international lay Catholic organization focused on offering person-to-person service to those in need. Our SVdP Ministry provides services to needy and suffering families within our local community, who are experiencing temporary difficulty due to illness, unemployment, personal tragedy or other unexpected challenges.  Examples of services offered by SVdP include:
Rent / mortgage assistance
Food / meals programs
Urgent home repair / maintenance
Shopping / errands
Assistance with funeral expenses
We also provide advocacy and assistance in obtaining federal, state and local services to address longer-term needs.  If you or someone you know would benefit from these services, or if you’re interested in supporting this Ministry with your time, talent or treasure, please contact us at (978) 320-4214 or send email to
All are welcome.  You do not need to be a parishioner of St. Catherine church or Catholic to receive these services. Please know that all communication with our committee is treated confidentially.

God’s blessings to you and your family!

13th Annual St. Catherine – St. Vincent de Paul Golf Tournament
Tuesday, June 26th, 2018, Wedgewood Pines Country Club, Stow, MA

We had a beautiful day of golf and fun. The weather could not have been more perfect and the event was a tremendous success for SVdP and all who participated.

Thanks so much to the Tournament Co-Sponsors, Continental Resources and Ideal Concrete Block, as well as all of the individuals and other businesses who sponsored the tournament.

We would also like to thank the many donors, golfers and those who joined us for dinner.

Of course, the event would not have occurred without the countless hours spent by the committee members and volunteers. Terrific job by all!!

Planning has already begun for the 14th Annual Tournament in 2019. Exciting changes are coming. Stay tuned.......
